WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Reynon Bordeaux Blanc Sec is made from hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc, collected in two selective pickings at different aromatic stages to help build a wider array of fruit flavors. After a brief period of skin contact and a slow extraction, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats; the wine is aged for about six months on the lees to add texture and body. This is an elegant, unoaked, white Bordeaux showcasing the varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc.
