Unique and engaging white wine experience awaits. The Grenache blanc from the Côte du Rhône region is a standout, featuring a evolved and multifaceted flavor profile. The citrus, lemon, and peach layers are expertly balanced, meanwhile the green apple and apricot hints add intensity and nuance. The wine's earthy and floral elements are also noteworthy, with undertones of honey and minerality that linger pleasantly. A truly stellar wine that is sure to be remembered.
Wirginia
Decadent and silky wine with a mild floral notes of white blossoms, peach, and nectarine, enhanced by smooth, buttery layers and a delicate oak undertone. The tongue is round and unassuming, with a lack of tartness that makes it a remarkable selection for those seeking a mellow wine.
Deyna
Notable progression in the Thienpont Wine spring tasting, where the CdP outshone its counterpart in terms of depth and nuance. The trail was specifically satisfying, with a more pronounced mouthfeel and a greater sense of complexity. A fascinating comparison to be made with the Villages wine.

This Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc offers a complex bouquet of citrus, peach, and floral notes with balanced acidity and mineral undertones. While praised for its elegant structure and food versatility, some older vintages show declining quality. Reviews highlight its layered stone fruit flavors, honeyed nuances, and crisp finish, though a few note occasional excessive alcohol or waxy textures.
