Château Belle-Vue Petit Geste is praised for its blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, offering floral aromas and flavors of peach, pear, and citrus. It is noted for its refreshing acidity and medium-bodied finish. While some find it elegant and refined, others suggest variability in refinement across vintages. The wine is considered a standout Lebanese white, with a unique and exotic profile.
A deep garnet hue introduces this Lebanese red, revealing a bouquet of ripe blackcurrant and plum, intertwined with hints of cedar and earthy undertones. The palate is structured and elegant, showcasing a harmonious blend of velvety tannins and vibrant acidity. Layers of dark chocolate and dried herbs unfold, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish. This wine exemplifies the potential of Lebanese terroir, balancing Old World finesse with New World intensity. A compelling choice for those seeking a nuanced expression of the region's viticultural prowess, best enjoyed now or cellared for further complexity.
