With 3 hectares dedicated to white wine production, the estate boasts a prime location atop the rolling hills of Entre-Deux-Mers, enjoying optimal sun exposure and impeccable soil drainage. Cultivated from 30-year-old Sémillon and Sauvignon vines, the grapes undergo meticulous handling, including pre-fermentation maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation. This process ensures the preservation of the grapes' delicate flavors and aromas. The resulting wine, aged on fine lees and regularly stirred, embodies a harmonious blend of Sémillon's richness and Sauvignon's vibrant acidity, culminating in a Bordeaux Blanc of exceptional elegance and finesse.
