WINE DESCRIPTION
Cave Spring Riesling Dry undergoes a short skin soak prior to pressing to enhance the aromatic qualities of the wine. Fermentation occurs in tank using temperature control to retain the brightness of fruit and floral nature of Riesling. The wine is then matured for a few months on its lees to integrate the touch sweetness and harmonise the flavors.
