WINE DESCRIPTION
Cave Spring Estate Gewürztraminer undergoes skin contact prior to fermentation in stainless steel to enhance the intense floral aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged on lees for around 8 months in a combination of large neutral French oak barrels and tanks to contribute both texture and bright floral aromatics to the final blend.
