Castello di Gabbiano Chianti

Castello di Gabbiano Chianti is praised for its affordability and versatility, pairing well with Italian dishes. It offers a range of experiences from smooth and fruity to rich and full-bodied. While some appreciate its balanced tannins and subtle oak notes, others find it lacking in complexity and depth. The wine's light body and dry finish are common themes, making it a reliable choice for casual dining.

Aromas of blackberry and dark cherry combine with hints of cedar and baking spices on the nose of this Castello di Gabbiano Chianti Classico. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with firm tannins and a long finish of dried herbs and sweet forest floor. Enjoy this well-structured Sangiovese blend with grilled meats and hearty sauces.
