This Tuscan Pinot Nero reveals a translucent ruby hue, setting the stage for a bouquet of wild strawberries, black cherries, and a whisper of forest floor. On the palate, it unfolds with a silken texture, showcasing a harmonious interplay of red fruit and subtle spice, underpinned by fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity. Castello di Bossi Pinot Nero is crafted in the heart of Tuscany, where the unique terroir and microclimate contribute to its character. The vineyard benefits from a mix of clay and limestone soils, promoting balanced vine growth and fruit concentration. The wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its varietal purity. A portion is aged in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity and structure. This Pinot Nero offers a medium-bodied profile with red fruit notes, gentle tannins, and a refreshing finish, making it suitable for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
