This Cartello Carignan presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. The nose is a symphony of blackcurrant, dried herbs, and a whisper of leather, underscored by a mineral edge that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied structure, with velvety tannins and a core of ripe plum and dark cherry flavors. A vibrant acidity provides balance, while hints of black pepper and anise emerge on the lingering finish. This wine exemplifies the varietal's potential, offering a harmonious blend of intensity and elegance, suitable for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellaring.

Dezaray
Bold and intense red fruit profile, with cranberry and raspberry suggestions that dominate the palate. The thin body and high acidity create a sense of tension, as the oak aging adds a nuanced complexity. However, the in summary impression is marred by a rough and unrefined finish, with the zest lingering too long.
