Carmel Road Pinot Noir hails from the cool, coastal climate of Monterey County, California, where the Pacific Ocean's influence provides a long growing season. This environment allows the grapes to develop a balanced profile of ripe fruit and refreshing acidity. The wine is crafted using a combination of stainless steel and oak barrel fermentation, which enhances its fruit-forward character while adding subtle complexity. Expect flavors of cherry and raspberry with a hint of spice, making it an approachable and versatile wine suitable for a variety of occasions.
