This Lambrusco offers a seamless balance of plum and caramel notes, with nicely balanced acidity and a touch of sweetness. Despite being unoaked, it has a hint of tannin and a medium finish.

This Lambrusco presents a vibrant ruby hue, with a frothy mousse that dissipates to reveal a bouquet of wild strawberries, violets, and a hint of black cherry. On the palate, it is refreshingly effervescent, with a fine balance between its natural acidity and subtle sweetness. The wine's medium body carries flavors of red currant and cranberry, underscored by a delicate minerality. The finish is clean and brisk, with lingering notes of pomegranate and a whisper of almond. This is a quintessential expression of Lambrusco Salamino, showcasing both its playful character and structural finesse.
