Fruit-forward, slightly spicy wine with a juicy, berry-like flavor profile.

Deep and fruity Primitivo with a wisp of sweetness, its fruitiness is more pronounced than in previous vintages. The freshness is still evident, but it's tempered by the body of ripe cherries and blackberries. The nose is led by by the plum and cherry aromas, which are somewhat muted by the oak barrel influence. The colour is a deep, lush ruby, and the lasting impression is round and fruity. Overall, a well-balanced and enjoyable Primitivo that is easy to drink. 3.75/5 stars.

Voss Experts3.8

This Cantele Primitivo offers a deep ruby color and aromas of ripe blackberry and plum, highlighted by nuances of toasted oak and flinty spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense tannins and a lengthy finish. Dark, concentrated fruit flavors are balanced by a savory character and a pleasing acidity.
