WINE DESCRIPTION
Breathless Blanc de Noirs is a traditional method sparkling wine produced using Meunier and Pinot Noir. Breathless Wines is a family winery, built by the love of three sisters, Sharon, Rebecca, and Cynthia who are dedicated to refreshing sparkling wines. After a gentle pressing and primary fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle to capture the carbon dioxide. The wine is then aged on the yeast for a further three years to develop notes of brioche and pastries as well as create a luxuriously textured creamy mousse to support the notes of white cherries, strawberries and citrus peel.

Breathless Blanc de Noirs has a pale straw color and fine bubbles.On the nose, aromas of red berries, such as raspberry and strawberry, along with hints of citrus and floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity that balances the fruitiness. Flavors of red fruits persist, accompanied by subtle toasty and nutty undertones. The finish is clean and lingering, with mid-palate breadth coming from the Pinot Noir, leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate.
