Bosman Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of blackberry, cherry, and plum. Many appreciate its smooth tannins and well-integrated oak, while some find it complex with earthy and leather undertones. The wine is versatile, pairing well with various dishes, though a few note it may not be easy-drinking on its own. Overall, it offers a satisfying, long finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon from Bosman Family Vineyards presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of cassis, black cherry, and subtle graphite, underscored by a whisper of cedar and freshly turned earth. On the palate, it reveals a robust structure with firm, yet polished tannins that provide a framework for its rich, dark fruit core. The wine's acidity is well-integrated, lending a freshness that balances its full-bodied intensity. A lingering finish of dark chocolate and a hint of dried herbs positions this wine as a quintessential expression of South African terroir.
