This Bodegas San Román Tinto is a full-bodied and robust red blend. On the nose, it offers aromas of blackberry, plum, and hints of nutmeg and clove. On the palate, it is rich and opulent, with flavours of ripe dark fruit and a subtle smokiness. The finish is long and structured, with soft tannins that give way to a lingering savoury finish. Bodegas San Román Tinto is a premium red wine produced by the renowned winery Bodegas San Román in the Toro appellation of Spain. The vineyards are located at high altitudes, which results in a unique terroir that imparts a distinct character to the wine. The winemaking process involves traditional techniques, including hand-harvesting and aging in French oak barrels, which adds complexity and depth to the wine. The resulting wine is full-bodied, with intense aromas of dark fruit, spices, and earthy notes. It has a firm tannic structure and a long, persistent finish, making it an excellent choice for aging. Overall, Bodegas San Román Tinto is a premium wine that showcases the best of Toro's terroir and winemaking traditions.
