Sjorge
High liveliness level remains, and the wine is still quite young. The fruit tones of strawberries and cherry are prominent, with a medium-high body. It's best suited for sipping slowly with pizza and conversation.
Teabum
A delicate Tuscan blend with a well blended integration of flavors, featuring a full bodied cherry and mint note, accompanied by a medium freshness and firm tannins.
Schmit Eydelman
The rustic soil of the Campo di Sasso vineyards yields a rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, silky texture. The blend of 40% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot provides a complex, layered structure. Only 40% of the final blend is aged in new oak for a mere 4 months, resulting in a subtle, nuanced finish. This is the first Biserno wine ever produced, dating back to 2003. With a production of 500,000 bottles, it's a highly anticipated release. A wine of outstanding substance and character, with a follow through that lasts long after the glass is empty.

Biserno Campo di Sasso Insoglio del Cinghiale is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with prominent notes of cherry, blackberry, and plum. It features a well-balanced structure with smooth tannins and a nuanced finish. While some find its high alcohol content intense, others appreciate its complexity and depth. The wine is recommended for pairing with hearty dishes and is noted for its aging potential.
