This Pinot Noir presents a luminous garnet hue, offering an aromatic tapestry of wild strawberry, black cherry, and a whisper of forest floor, underscored by a delicate floral lift. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious interplay of ripe red fruit and subtle spice, framed by fine-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that imparts a refreshing tension. The wine's medium-bodied structure is both elegant and persistent, with a mineral-laced finish that echoes the coastal terroir. This is a quintessential expression of California Pinot Noir, showcasing both finesse and depth, ideal for those seeking a nuanced and sophisticated profile.

Izaklive
A complex and compelling Pinot, with a nose that suggests overripe fruit and a bourbony aroma. The palate, however, reveals a bold and full-bodied profile, with rich rich fruit and light spice notes. A whisper of earthiness is also present, consistent by restrained tanginess and a touch of residual sugar.
Richer
Crisp, earthy wine with a mild mossy nose and a mouthfeel that's both fruit-forward and earthy, with a chalky finish. It pairs well with hearty, comforting dishes like shepherd's pie and folk music. A enjoyable Wednesday evening.

Big Basin Dune and Mountain Pinot Noir is noted for its complex, full-bodied profile with rich fruit and light spice. While some appreciate its earthy undertones and bold flavors, others find the overripe fruit aroma less appealing. The wine pairs well with hearty dishes, offering a crisp, chalky finish and a touch of residual sugar.
