I've never been a fan of Lambrusco, but I thought it would be a fun try. However, this isn't my cup of tea. The wine has a bright, cherry-red color with a light garnet sheen that threw me off. The accents are a mix of strawberry and raspberry, but with a strange, homemade quality that I'm not sure I can describe. The tail is dry and puckering. I think I've said all I need to say about this one. I'd advise others to steer clear of it.

Dynamic and captivating nose with a wildflower and cranberry bouquet, masterfully blended by the luxurious consistency of the mousse. The ripe fruit and cucumber tones add a lean twist to the altogether experience, making this wine a true showstopper.

Bertolani Rose' presents a dynamic nose with wildflower, cranberry, and red berries, while some enjoy its luxurious mousse and lean cucumber tones, others find its homemade quality off-putting. The wine features a cherry-like flavor and a dry, puckering finish, making it suitable for everyday consumption, though not universally loved.
This Bertolani Rosé presents a luminous, pale salmon hue, indicative of its delicate extraction. The nose is an elegant bouquet of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a hint of white peach, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it reveals a finely-tuned balance between vibrant acidity and a whisper of residual sugar, offering a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel. The flavors echo the aromatic profile, with a persistent finish marked by a touch of citrus zest and a gentle, chalky texture. This rosé exemplifies the finesse and precision of well-crafted Italian sparkling wines, perfect for immediate enjoyment.
