Jinwei
Distinctive, with a unique character that stood out. A bit hinting at of a well-aged Tondonia white, with a slightly oxidative hue, although not quite reaching the same level of intensity. The text is quite lengthy, conveying a sense of freshness and vitality.
Diomar
This wine is a delightful accompaniment to grilled steak with rosemary, its soft spice and blackberry suggestions complementing the savory nuances of the meat perfectly.
Mersiha
Robust and multi faceted wine with a round texture, presenting a deep fruit profile with whispers of cherry, raspberry, cranberry, and strawberry, graceful by earthy layers of leather, minerals, and stone, accompanied by a long, dry tail and a satisfying tannic structure, making it a perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, containing salmon, and a stellar bargain for its price.
