The grapes were harvested in late October and then aged for a year in steel on its lees, before being bottled and left to mature for nine long years. The color is a warm, inviting medium gold. The essence is a masterful blend of ripe fruit, with nuances of apple, pineapple, lemon, orange blossom, almonds, anise, yogurt, and honey. The finale is long and satisfying, with a dry, crisp quality that's elevated by high tanginess and complexity. A truly stellar wine.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a medium gold colour. Its nose is characterised by intense aromas of ripe lemon, peach, beeswax, flint, orange blossom, bread dough, mild toast, dried apple, mushroom, and honey, all of which are expertly balanced. The taste is dry, with a medium+ acidity, a medium alcohol level, and a medium body, at the same time the finale is long and satisfying. This wine is of very good quality, nicely aged, and made from 100% Carricante grapes.
