Graceful and elegant white Sicilian, highlighting the best of Etna Bianco. The nose is understated yet refined, with floral accents that add strength and nuance. On the palate, it's a masterclass in stability and precision, with a bracing crispness that cuts through the richness. The close is long and satisfying, with a wisp of minerality that leaves a long impression. A truly remarkable wine, and a testament to the skill of the winemaker.
Youtaek
Decadent and nuanced white wine with a nose of butter, grapefruit, apple, pear, peaches, stone, and herbs, polished by a dry and bright finish. The minerality is intense and long-lasting, with a zesty aftertaste.
Ville
Dense and layered wine with a strong presence, featuring a multi faceted interplay of crushed stone and stonefruit on the nose. The definition and vibrancy are tempered by a soft wetstone and minerality, while the salinity touches unfold with a delightful caper and shell presence.

Benanti Contrada Cavaliere Etna Bianco is celebrated for its elegant and refined profile, featuring floral and citrus notes, with a robust minerality and crisp acidity. While some praise its complex layers and long finish, others note its high price. The wine's balance of stone fruit and minerality is consistently highlighted, making it a sophisticated choice for white wine enthusiasts.
Benanti Contrada Cavaliere Etna Bianco is an exceptional white wine from the Etna region in Sicily, Italy. On the nose, Benanti Contrada Cavaliere Etna Bianco offers enticing aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with delicate floral notes and a hint of minerality. These aromas are beautifully complemented by subtle herbal undertones, adding complexity to the bouquet. The palate is equally impressive, with a vibrant acidity that brings freshness and liveliness to the wine. The citrus flavors continue to shine through, accompanied by flavors of juicy white peaches and a touch of tropical fruit. There is a lovely textural richness to the wine, thanks to its time spent aging on the lees, which also contributes to its creamy mouthfeel. Benanti Contrada Cavaliere Etna Bianco is a well-balanced wine with a medium body and a long, persistent finish. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including seafood, grilled vegetables, and creamy pasta dishes.
