Jesus
Multi faceted and engaging wine, with a somewhat disjointed character that leaves the tasting feeling somewhat unfulfilled. The dominant profiles of bold chocolate, smoke, and leather are juxtaposed with a sweet, ripe plum, and yet the linger is shaped by by earthy oak. The generally memory is one of fascination, as if the wine is somehow defying expectations. The screw-corked bottle, which is heavier than most, adds to the wine's mystique. while the ratings suggest that others may find this wine unappealing, I remain convinced that it is a unique and captivating experience.
