Intense and fruity wine with a silky texture, supported by delicate touches of vanilla and a dash of sweetness. The acidity is well-balanced, and the tannins are present but not overpowering. The profiles are multi faceted and well-integrated, with a gratifying finish. Overall, a delightful and easy going wine.

Exceptional from AB in a while, with a decadent and dimensional profile that is both full-bodied and refined.

What the web is saying

August Briggs Pinot Noir is praised for its seamless blend of cherry and raspberry, silky texture, and well-balanced acidity. While some find it full-bodied and refined, others appreciate its light and refreshing quality. The wine features notes of vanilla, chocolate, and leather, with a bright finish. It is considered a reliable and affordable option, though not top-notch in quality.

Voss Experts3.8

August Briggs Pinot Noir is a delightfully balanced, medium-bodied wine with aromas of cherry, clove, and baking spice. On the palate, the wine is rich and round with flavors of red raspberry and blackberry, layered with subtle notes of mocha and earth. The finish is long and silky, with a hint of sweet oak. Enjoy this wine now or cellar for optimal results.
