Harmonious vintage with a lingering finish, still retaining its fruit-forward essence, but with a more gentle nuance. The strawberry, raspberry, and cherry suggestions are still present, but have mellowed slightly. The freshness remains well-balanced, with a long, satisfying finish. A well-aged wine that has stood the test of time, but may benefit from a shorter wait.
Dahl
Luscious and layered wine with a deep, decadent color, calling to mind of old leather and worn stone. The nose is led by by touches of tobacco and dusty carpet, with a elegant nuance of green herbs and a touch of sweetness. The tongue is fresh and lively, with a contenting crunch of strawberry and a undertone of grassiness, harmonious by a round and pleasant finish.
Gavrila
Graceful and elegant wine with a balanced balance of undertones and textures, revealing a luscious and supple structure. A soft and nuanced lasting impression that lingers, making it a stonking option for those expecting a delicate and sophisticated sampling experience.
