Graceful and elegant Pinot Noir with a rich, smooth mouthfeel and a complex, nuanced character. The bold chocolate and plum flavors are expertly balanced, in contrast the vanilla and smoke traces add depth and complexity. The ending is supple and satisfying, with a nuanced sweetness that lingers. Overall, a top notch pairing for a variety of dishes, containing beef and pork.

Delightful, easy-drinking Pinot that's perfect for Mother's Day. Its smooth, gentle mouthfeel and understated layers of cherry, raspberry, and vanilla make it a great recommendation for a special occasion.

Voss Experts3.8

The Apothic Pinot Noir offers an inviting aroma of bright cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry that leads to an elegant, velvety palate. On the palate, notes of ripe raspberry, cranberry, and toasted oak linger, culminating in a lingering finish. Enjoy with roasted poultry dishes or creamy cheeses.
