Westley
Refined, elegant wine with a subtle, understated appearance, its pale, dull straw gold appearance is paired by a clean, vibrant nose that displays a balanced symmetry of citrus and fruit notes, bringing ripe lemons, grapefruits, and green apples, with mild touches of honey, slate, and steel. On the palate, the wine is solidly full-bodied, with a bracing crispness that maintains its balance, and a symphony of aromatics that unfolds effortlessly, leaving a clean and zesty finish.
Rhori
Not fresh, strong only with food, a true companion for meals, but lacking in its own right.
Yonnes
Elegant and refined, with a silky feel that stays on the palate, the wine's gentle conclusion is a testament to its well-crafted aging process in stainless steel tanks.
