WINE DESCRIPTION
AmByth Estate’s 100% Tempranillo from Paso Robles is crafted from Mark’s Vineyard, which is dry farmed and certified biodynamic and organic. The grapes were hand-harvested on two separate mornings in early September due to varying ripeness from the vineyard's elevation. After daily punchdowns for one to two weeks, the wine was pressed and transferred to three 225-liter neutral oak barrels. It aged on the lees for 28 months before being racked twice and bottled under descending moons. With a moderate alcohol content, this wine uses native yeast and contains no sulfites or additives.
