Najim
Delightful new world style Pinot that has exceeded my expectations. Its concentrated flavor profile is harmoniously balanced, with a generous amount of red fruit that is both juicy and refreshing. The mellow lasting impression is a testament to the wine's quality, and I'm thrilled to have discovered it in a ski resort in Alto Adige, where it has remained fresh and untouched for its journey to my glass.
Meuh
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, vibrant red hue, boasting a lively and invigorating bouquet of cherry, raspberry, and blueberry notes, elevated by delicate notes of fresh oak and earthy undertones. The wine's medium-bodied backbone is defined by a juicy and energetic flavor profile, with fine-grained tannins and a medium finish. Its fresh and zesty character makes it a versatile pairing option, well matched for a variety of dishes, featuring roasted poultry, pasta, risotto with mushrooms, and a range of cheeses.

Alois Lageder MIMUÈT Pinot Noir is praised for its harmonious balance of red fruit flavors, smooth texture, and versatility in pairing with various dishes. While some appreciate its concentrated and layered profile, others find it lacks complexity. Notable aromas include cherry, raspberry, and earthy undertones. The wine's finish is generally smooth and lingering, though some find it short. Its vibrant color and refined character are consistently highlighted.
Alois Lageder's MIMUÈT Pinot Noir presents a translucent ruby hue, indicative of its elegant structure. The nose unfolds with a symphony of red currant, wild strawberry, and a whisper of forest floor, underscored by a delicate hint of clove. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, with finely woven tannins and a vibrant acidity that lifts the wine's core of ripe cherry and subtle earthiness. The finish is graceful, marked by a lingering minerality and a touch of spice. This Pinot Noir exemplifies the finesse and precision of Alto Adige's cool-climate viticulture.
