Paulinha
Distinctive Rosso with a sweet, almost Burgundy-like character, thanks to the oak influence. However, its composition is fragile, and the follow through is quite long. The fruit tones are well-balanced, with dried cherries and plum, but the high alcohol content and tannins make it feel somewhat overpowered. Overall, a solid choice, but I would recommend a more restrained approach to oak.
