Louis Bovard is a family estate where Louis-Philippe Bovard, the 10th generation of the family, took charge in 1983. In 2010, the estate provided a plot in Rivaz to establish the Conservatoire Mondial du Chasselas.

Located in Cully, on the shores of Lake Geneva between Lausanne and Vevey, in the Lavaux region of Switzerland, the 13-hectare estate spans two Grand Cru zones, Dézaley and Calamin, and four AOCs. Vineyards are oriented southeast to southwest on slopes varying from 30% to 50%. Chasselas is the principal grape grown, accounting for 70% of the estate's vineyard area, while Syrah and Merlot represent nearly 15% of the planted area. Grapes are hand-harvested, crushed, and pressed in pneumatic presses, followed by static settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak casks, and aging on fine lees with regular battonage. Its wines include Médinette Dézaley Grand Cru AOC, Buxus Sauvignon Blanc Grand Cru AOC, and Terre-à-Boire Epesses AOC Lavaux.
