Ixsir is a winery on the hills of Batroun, with vineyards spread across the mountains of Lebanon.

Cultivated using sustainable agriculture, its vineyards extend from Batroun to Jezzine on clay-calcareous and limestone soils, reaching an altitude of 1,800 metres.

At Basbina, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Petit Verdot grow at 400 metres, while Ixsir’s nine hectares in Ainata grow Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Caladoc at 1,800 metres.

The winery, which has won the Architizer A+ Award, is built across distinct levels that allow gravity fermentation.
