Hiruzta is a txakoli winery in Hondarribia whose project began with vine planting in 2007, the work of the Rekalde family: a father and his two sons, Asensio, Txarli and Angel. That year, the Getariako Txakolina appellation opened the way for planting vines and making txakoli throughout Gipuzkoa. The winery opened in 2012, introducing its first vintage, from 2011.

Its 20 hectares of estate vineyards surround the winery, with south-facing, trellis-trained vines receiving sea breezes from the cliffs of Jaizkibel. Hondarrabi Zuri is the main grape in its plots, which are designated for integrated production. Its wines include Hiruzta Rosé, made from Hondarrabi Beltza grown in estate vineyards in Hondarribia, and Hiruzta Berezia, made from grapes from a special plot and aged on its lees for four months.
