Hexamer is a wine estate that has farmed its own vineyards for generations.

Around 70% of its 33 hectares are planted with Riesling, alongside Frühburgunder, Spätburgunder, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Gewürztraminer, Scheurebe and Sauvignon Blanc. It farms 6.3 hectares of the 6.9-hectare In den Felsen vineyard. This portion has over 300 vine rows wrapping around the hillside from southeast-facing to southwest-facing, with gradients exceeding 70% in places. Single-cane pruning and thinning are standard, while leaves are removed around the grapes and ripening bunches are sometimes selected a second time. Straw, farmyard manure and green waste provide fertilisation and humus. Harvesting is entirely by hand, often in preliminary and main passes to select only fully ripe grapes. The estate also commissions barrels from local Meddersheim oak and uses only lightweight glass bottles.
On VinoVoss, Hexamer has 2 wines in stock: 1 white, 1 rosé. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 25 ratings.
