Dos Búhos is a wine producer in San Miguel de Allende. The family arrived there in 1956. A 420-hectare ranch at the base of Los Picachos was acquired in 1967, and 55,000 fruit trees were planted between 1968 and 1970. In 1990, the ranch shifted from fruit to vegetable and legume production.

Organic vegetable production began in 1991, and the ranch converted exclusively to organic farming in 2000. The first 3.5-hectare vineyard was planted in 2006, and grape production expanded to 12 hectares in 2018. The vineyards face south on gentle slopes, with shallow silty clay soils and fine neovolcanic gravel. All its wines use organic grapes grown exclusively in its own vineyards. Its wines include limited editions such as an orange wine and wines made with native yeasts.
