Domaine Thibert

Domaine Thibert was founded in 1967 by Andrée and René Thibert from a modest parcel.

Located in the village of Fuissé in the Mâconnais, the estate exclusively grows and vinifies grapes from its own vineyards. Its wines include Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles, Pouilly-Loché, Saint-Véran, and Mâcon. Each cuvée is vinified separately, mostly as parcel-specific micro-cuvées in temperature-controlled tanks, and all wines receive a long maturation of at least 19 months and are bottled under inert gas with very limited or no filtration.
