Domaine Rouge Garance

Domaine Rouge Garance was founded in 1996 by Claudie and Bertrand Cortellini. The estate has since announced its permanent closure for December 2026.

The estate covers 30 hectares and produces nine cuvées. Its soils are worked without herbicides and with organic matter, following organic farming principles, and its AB certification is issued by ECOCERT. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, before the wines are made using the grapes’ indigenous yeasts. The wines are then aged without sulfur until bottling, when a small dose is added for preservation.
