Château Aiguilloux is a wine estate in Boutenac with a century-old house. Its 37 hectares of vines are surrounded by 95 hectares of woods and garrigue, with vineyard soils ranging from limestone to clay marl and rounded pebbles. The estate’s commitment to organic viticulture and respect for the environment shapes how it manages this land. It uses mechanical weeding to preserve biodiversity and avoid chemicals, while favoring biological control to protect the vines from pests and diseases and maintain a natural balance in the vineyard. Its wines include Cuvée Anne-Georges, whose production draws on old vines, some of which are more than 65 years old.
