Aramis Vineyards is a wine producer on the south-western fringes of McLaren Vale. Its origins lie in the selection and purchase of a vineyard block near Aldinga in 1998, fulfilling a long-held ambition to make wine. Lee Flourentzou owns and operates a wine distribution organisation also established in 1998.

The vines occupy a long, steep, south-facing slope overlooking the nearby Willunga Hills, with the sandy beaches of Gulf St Vincent a few kilometres to the west. The 26 hectares comprise 18 hectares of Shiraz and eight of Cabernet Sauvignon, planted on their own rootstock in shallow loam rich in iron oxide over a semi-permeable limestone ridge. Vine management uses organic practices and keeps irrigation to a minimum. Its wines include The Governor Shiraz.
