Zorah Voskì is produced using both ancient native grape varieties, Voskèak and Garandmak, that have been present in Armenia for millennia. These varieties are grown at high altitudes and elevated daytime temperatures but cool nights, yielding distinctively ripe fruit contrasted by racy acidity. The pinnacle of high altitude viniculture ZORAH’s vineyards are at 1400mtrs / 4500ft elevation. A phylloxera-free terroir with low vigour, sub-alkaline, sandy, soil rich in limestone and large stones hailing from 30 to 40 year own-rooted old vines.
In the winery, fermentation takes place in large temperature controlled concrete vats with no epoxy using only natural yeast. Following fermentation, aging continues in concrete vats for 11 months and a further 6 months in bottle yielding a wine that offers ripe fruits, honey, and subtle spices.

Zorah Voskì is exhibits a pale straw color with golden reflections, enticing the senses with its vibrant appearance.On the nose, it offers a bouquet of delicate floral notes, such as white blossoms and hints of jasmine, intertwined with aromas of ripe stone fruits like peach and apricot.
The palate reveals a harmonious balance between its crisp acidity and luscious fruit flavors. The palate is greeted with flavors of juicy pear, zesty lemon, and a touch of tropical pineapple, creating a refreshing and invigorating experience. The wine's medium body and rounded texture further enhance its overall elegance.
Regarded as Armenia's most exciting vineyards, Vayots Dzor boasts a remarkably long history of viticulture. Evidence suggests wine production here dates back to 4,000 BC, with the discovery of an ancient winery in a cave within the region. This long tradition, coupled with unique geographic features, make Vayots Dzor a key player in Armenian winemaking.
