NOTES FROM VINOVOSS SOMMELIER
Yering Station Chardonnay reveals a pale to medum golden hue with a straw rim, suggesting a youthful wine.On the nose, aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, intermingle with hints of tropical fruits like pineapple and mango. These fruity notes are complemented by subtle oak nuances. The palate is medium-bodied with refreshing acidity that helps to offset the ripe tropical fruit notes. There is a lovely creaminess to the wine, contributing textural complexity and a pleasant mouthfeel. The finish is relatively persistent, leaving an impression of pineapple and a touch of vanilla.
