WINE DESCRIPTION
Waterbrook Chardonnay is a rich, bold dry white wine hailing from the Columbia Valley, located within Washington State. This large American Viticultural Area allows the grapes to be sourced from a number of vineyards that produce grapes with varying characteristics and ripeness levels. The broad palette of blending options allows Waterbrook to create a well-rounded and bold expression of Chardonnay. The winemaking process involves a temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by maturation for around 10 months in American oak.

Waterbrook Chardonnay presents a brilliant, medium golden color.On pouring, the wine bursts from the glass with notes of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, along with hints of peach and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with round texture which is balanced by creamy acidity. It displays a perfect balance between the ripe fruit flavors and oak, providing a creamy texture and sweet spice, hinting at notes of vanilla and cinnamon on the moderate length finish.
