Sourced exclusively from this region, known for its ancient vines and elevated terrains along the left bank of the river Sesia, it mirrors the renowned Ghemme region across the river. Fermented in cement tanks after a 24-hour cold soak, it matures for six months in substantial oak casks (5-12 hectoliters) before bottling. With a limited annual production of 3,000 cases, this wine captures the essence of Alto Piemonte's terroir, offering a refined expression of Spanna's character and the unique landscape.
