WINE DESCRIPTION
Uby No. 3 Colombard - Sauvignon is an unoaked, dry, white wine with a crisp texture and refreshing acidity for everday drinking with or without food. THe wine is produced by a family owned estate in the South West of France which is sustainably farmed and includes a terrapin sanctuary. Made from a blend of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc that is fermented at low temperature in neutral vessels to maximize the fruit expression and released early for immediate consumption when the wine is at its most vibrant. The refreshing style makes is a great choice for an aperitif or with lighter meals.

Uby No.3 Colombard - Sauvignon show a pale color in the glass that is almost water-white. The nose is perfumed with notes of citrus zest and cut grass and is followed by a dry palate with a crisp texture and lean acidity that end quickly, inviting you to take the next sip.
