WINE DESCRIPTION
Trim Cabernet Sauvignon is predominantly made from Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petite Sirah to add extra complexity and balance to the wine. Maturation takes around 16 months in French oak, approximately half of which is new, which adds notes of cinnamon and clove to the luscious dark fruit flavors. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and beef dishes thanks to the intense concentration and velvety tannins.
