WINE DESCRIPTION
Torre Zambra Idi di Marzo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo enjoys a mediterranean climate on the east coast of Italy cooled by the breezes of the Adriatic Sea. The grapes are harvested, then they undergo a maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperatures allows to extract the typical, intense color from the skins. Once fermentation is complete it continues its ageing for approximately one year in steel tanks and a further short period in bottle before its release.
The resulting wine is deep in color and bursts from the glass with notes of red fruits and herbs.

The Torre Zambra Idi di Marzo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo offers ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by subtle hints of spices and earthy undertones.The palate reveals a medium body with a velvety texture which is lifted by juicy acidity. The flavors of red berries and cherries continue to shine, complemented by well-integrated tannins that provide structure and balance. Overall this wine is not overly complex but its medium-bodied and velvety style make this a versatile food wine.
