WINE DESCRIPTION
The Seeker Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards located all over the state of California, which provides a broad range of blending components, allowing for consistency of style and quality year after year. Grapes are harvested during the cooler night and early hours of the morning to preserve the fruit’s delicate flavors. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and the must was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A small portion of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation adding a creamy note and softening the mouthfeel. The wine was subsequently aged for around 3 months in a combination of steel and oak vessels prior to bottling.

The Seeker Chardonnay has a medium straw color with golden hues, enticing the eye with its brilliance.On the nose, it offers a bouquet of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, and banana, along with hints of butter and vanilla. The palate is rich and creamy, with flavors of ripe apple, and a touch of buttery oak. The wine has a well-balanced creamy acidity and a rich, round texture with a medium body. The finish is relatively short in length, marked by ripe tropical fruit coupled with notes of butter and butterscotch.
