WINE DESCRIPTION
Tbilvino Alazani Valley Red Semi Sweet is produced from the black Saperavi grape sourced from Eastern and Western Georgia with a touch of the white-skinned Rkatsiteli from Kakheti region. After harvesting and crushing the grapes, the wines are fermented for a short period before the skins are pressed off and the fermentation is halted by chilling. This process creates a moderate alcohol wine with sweetness that enhances the fruity character of the wine.

Tbilvino Alazani Valley Red Semi Sweet has a medium to deep ruby-purple color in the glass.On the nose, decadent aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blackberries, cherries and plums, accompanied by herbal notes and a hint of spice. The palate is filled with luscious flavors of juicy berries and a suggestion of star anise, balanced by a pleasant sweetness that is not overpowering. The finish is medium in length, with a burst of acidity that ensures the wine is not overly cloying.
