I enjoyed it, but B didn't quite share my enthusiasm. It was zesty and invigorating, pairing well with the mackerel and rhubarb and mint. However, the chilly weather in Cornwall makes it feel more like a lean salad than a comforting treat. I think it's best to revisit the recipe in the future to warm it up.

The mouthwatering acidy together with the slim body, makes the wine a perfect fit for seafood and spicy foods. Drink now, or age for another 3-4 years.
