WINE DESCRIPTION
Storm Sauvignon Blanc is a mono-varietal wine sourced from three different vineyards located within the Santa Ynez Valley.
Fruit is harvested from the Kingsley, Curtis and McGinley vineyards before being crushed and undergoing a short period of pre-fermentation skin contact to increase the aromatic complexity of the wine. A stainless steel fermentation at cold temperatures follows, before the wine is aged for around 5 months on the lees for added texture.

The Storm Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw color with green reflections.On the nose, this Sauvignon Blanc offers an array of tropical and citrus fruits, such as passion fruit and pineapple, along with hints of citrus, like grapefruit and lime. Upon the first sip, the wine reveals a zesty acidity that dances on the palate, providing a refreshing and lively sensation. The flavors of tropical fruits continue to shine, accompanied cut grass and vegetal notes. The wine's well-balanced acidity and medium body contribute to a smooth and enjoyable mouthfeel.
