WINE DESCRIPTION
Made from the hybrid Chardonel grape variety which is a cross of Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc. Produced by one of the most renowned wineries in Missouri, this wine is made from grapes grown in the winery's own vineyards. The winemaking process involves carefully selecting the best grapes, fermenting them in stainless steel tanks, and aging a portion of the wine in oak barrels to enhance its flavor and aroma and create more complexe profile. The wine is matured on its lees with regular stirring, which improves the structure and adds more body and creaminess. The result is a medium bodied dry white wine with a delicate balance of fruit, acidity and body, making it the perfect choice for any occasion.
